No contract required, we’ll perform a comprehensive analysis and treatment to eradicate most pests with a minimal investment. While pest control services plan such as our “Quarterly Service” or our “Wall and Void” Treatment are considered the very best and a part of good housekeeping, a 1-Time Service plan can solve problems and fit your budget. Quarterly Exterior Pest Prevention
Our Quarterly Pest Prevention Service is designed to minimize pesticide usage in and around the home. This program consists of a Quarterly (every 90 days) treatment of the exterior of the home. It’s an outdoor ONLY treatment program. If indoor service is ever necessary, we provide it FREE of charge!
Here’s what we do –
- First we sweep and brush down cobwebs around the lower eaves and around windows and doors to keep spiders out.
- We apply a liquid residual pesticide around the immediate foundation and around windows, doors and eaves. This controls crawlers and invaders including spiders, cockroaches, crickets, house ants, millipedes, pillbugs and others.
- We apply a granular bait for ants, cockroaches and crickets. This long lasting bait controls these nuisance pests BEFORE they get indoors.
- If you have rodent bait stations around your home, we’ll inspect and rebait them. Rodent service for rats and mice is included in our Quarterly Pest Prevention plan.
If indoor service is necessary, we’ll provide it free of charge. It just takes a phone call.
